Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

At Heal, Homie, everything we offer is made or prepared with intention. Because of that, all items are available on a pre-sale basis only and are shipped in small batches. Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

You’ll receive tracking details once your label is created and your order is being packed up with care. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation before reaching out about tracking updates—we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.

If you entered an incorrect address, your order will be held until we receive the corrected info. Be sure to double-check everything at checkout to avoid delays.

If something feels off or you're wondering where your order is, please reply directly to your confirmation email for the fastest help. If you don’t have that email, include your order number so we can assist you as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Insurance

If you added shipping insurance to your order, we’ve got your back. We’ll do everything we can to replace lost or stolen packages. If any items can’t be replaced, we’ll issue a refund for those pieces while sending out whatever’s still available.

International Shipping

We do ship worldwide, but please note that international orders often take longer than our 2–3 week timeline due to customs, regional delays, and local carrier processes.

Customs duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery.
